It is important to notify that all these services are being provided as a TMC only based and on behalf of other parties such as Airlines, Hotels, Transportation Facilitators and other third parties’ policies and procedures. We are the ones who are generating the best for you within your affordability and cannot influence the service provider directly.

2. Contract Contents

For us clean, fair and standardized business is always a top priority therefore for mutual business enhancement we only proceed with clean and honest partners, who respects commitments and understands the value of mutual growth.
The binding contract comes into existence as soon as the client requests an offer with to work with us. After mutual discussion and agreeing to the final offer, the person making the booking confirms that he/she is of legal age and legally entitled to enter into contracts.
All laws, Rules and Regulations of Pakistan will be applicable in addition to the terms and conditions decided by LCC will be applicable and therefore determine the booking process. The booking will be considered finalized as soon as all travel documents have been remitted to the client. You will receive a confirmation of your booking by email, which will include a full summary of services selected and prices.

3. Conclusion of Contracts:

The contractual responsibility of Matchless Lufthansa City Center is to efficiently provide the bookings of products and services as booked. Matchless Lufthansa City Centreacts on account of and on behalf of the service provider. The prices and conditions are set in accordance as contractually agreed between Matchless Lufthansa City Center and the service provider.

Every booking made by the client on the Matchless Lufthansa City Center website is construed to be an offer to contract a service with a third party service provider as booked by the client.
The person making the booking must verify the booking confirmation/cash receipt/ credit card receipt as to being correct and must inform Matchless Lufthansa City Center within 48hours of any incorrect items. Notification of errors received too late for example modifications do not allow client to withdraw from the contract.
Please contact us immediately when you as the traveler have not received your confirmations /documentation at least 5 days prior to departure. In this case we will, if payment has been made, arrange for the documents to be available for you at the airport (there is an additional cost for this).
Should you fail to inform us and you cannot proceed with your travel arrangements (due to missing documentation) then this will be considered as a cancellation requiring payment (reduced reimbursement of expenses, if any). With airline tickets we recommend the client to select Electronic ticket option, since no responsibility will be taken by Matchless Lufthansa City Center in case of delays in the mail or courier service-meaning that the full extra cost of possibly making new tickets will be the client's own responsibility.

4. Fulfillment center of Lufthansa City Center

Matchless Lufthansa City Center provides the travel services to clients through third party contracts as follows:

AIRLINE TICKETS:

All tickets are issued directly by Matchless Lufthansa City Center with its office in Samplecity, Sample Country. We provide full service as related to on and off line airline ticket bookings, flight changes, cancellations, re-routings, award tickets and ticket upgrades.

An exception is for the low cost carriers where the bookings will be made directly with the low cost carriers. Here the airline is the provider and all changes, requests for refunds must be made directly with the airline.

5. LIABILITY of Lufthansa City Center as an agent

a) The Lufthansa City Center makes the necessary efforts to ensure that the information provided on this website are correct. Lufthansa City Center does not guarantee that this information is without error. De publicized information of this website, Software and Services may contain inaccuracies or spelling mistakes. The information provided here is subject to frequent changes and updates.
b) All liability of the Lufthansa City Center and /or its suppliers of this website is limited to gross negligence.
c) Details about the services provided or negotiated tourism offers are fully dependent of the information provided by the suppliers. These do not constitute a liability from the Lufthansa City Center towards the client.
d) The liability of the Lufthansa City Center for the services provided are limited to the efficient provision of the services in the framework of a cautious trader, not to the accuracy, completeness, correctness of the information and timeliness thereof and the provision of services by the third party.

6. Deviations and Changes

a) Deviations and changes from individual travel arrangements are only enforceable if after contract agreement.
b) Last minute changes of flight times, destination as well as the change of aircraft and airline companies are not allowed.
c) Changes and variations of travel offers are only subject to claims after an agreement was made, not against the organizer handling in good faith and these changes do not materially impact the overall package offered.

7. Re-bookings and Cancellations

a) The possibility of rebooking, cancellation of a booking or name change, as well as the conditions and costs of passenger changes are only dealt with in accordance with the supplier’s conditions and cannot be influenced by the Lufthansa City Center travel agency.

b) For making the changes as mentioned under Matchless Lufthansa City Center will charge a service fee per ticket. In case of changes with LOW COST CARRIERS, the changes must be made directly with the low cost carrier.Costs for making the changes will be indicated by the respective airline while making the booking.

8. Acts of God or force majeure 

Neither Lufthansa City Center International GmbH nor the Lufthansa City Center travel agency will be liable for this contract in the case of Acts of God or force majeure. This includes demonstrations, war, inner unrest, airline hijackings, acts of terrorism, fire, flooding, loss of power, accidents, storm, strikes, work stoppages or other actions taken to interrupt the services of Lufthansa City Center or its suppliers.

9. Contract Termination by Lufthansa City Center or the supplier

The Lufthansa City Center travel agency and the supplier have the right to cancel the booking or parts of the booking, reservation in the following cases:
• The client is not credit worthy
• The client’s credit card payments have been refused by the credit card companies
• It is indicated that the person making the booking is not legally entitled to enter into a contract (or notof legal age)

10. Price-and Changes of Services

a) Based on conditions beyond the control of Lufthansa City Center price and conditions may be changed by the suppliers which will entitle Lufthansa City Center to an adjustment. For instance exchange fluctuations, fuel surcharges, insurance surcharges and airport taxes.
b) Changes of price and conditions are part of the general conditions of the suppliers. Should the Lufthansa City Center be informed of such changes then the clients will be informed immediately of such changes.

11. Service Fees

Sincelow cost carriers as well as a growing number of airlines do not provide travel agent commissions anymore, Lufthansa City Center will as well as other suppliers will charge a service fee. This service fee will be different for domestic tickets and for international tickets. This amount will be included in the final price but mentioned separately on the invoice, when applicable.

12. Passport, Visa, Customs and health regulations

Every passenger is responsible to ensure that he/she is holding valid travel documents in order that the trip can proceed without fail. This includes visas for all destinations and health requirements.

13. Cancellation

A cancellation of the booked trip by the passenger is not permitted. A traveler cannot withdraw from the commitment engaged with Lufthansa City Center or a Third party by the person him/herself or through a relative/partner. In case the passenger decides to cancel a trip, then there may be financial consequences. These will be clearly stated in the booking conditions. Financial compensation obtained by court order is expressly prohibited.

14. Applicable Law

All the rules and regulations as per Pakistani Law will be applicable for:
• Persons who are of legal age;
• Those living in the country;
• Or those who do not live permanently there;
• And for persons who have selected their country of residence to be a foreign country;
As Pakistan is the registered location for Matchless Lufthansa City Center so all the rules and regulation of Pakistani Laws will be applicable and the laws of other countries will not be apply.

15. Changes in the general Conditions

The Lufthansa City Center is entitled to change or add to the general conditions with regards to this website with effect on future bookings at all times without having to notify the traveler. On the website however the latest version of the general conditions will be stated before the changes are made and with regards to further use of the website, the person booking agrees to the possible changes in the conditions.

16. Salvatorian Clause

Should one of the existing preconditions be impractical or impossible to fulfill then this will not affect the overall validity of this contract.
